THE TOPIC

Treatment of large bone defects is a challenge that requires interdisciplinary cooperation of clinicians, material scientists and specialists in the biosciences.

The course focuses on a number of relevant aspects from these disciplines and combines background information with practical application of biomaterial preparation and characterization methods.
